The innovative transportable granny flat is a joint project with Granny Flat Innovations of Summit Home Improvements.

It has an open plan living-dining-kitchen that allows for generous spatial planning, with a long built-in joinery wall that incorporates the kitchen joinery with living room joinery, while adding useful storage spaces.

The openings on this compact module are also designed to achieve much appreciated cross ventilation, and the heavily insulated external walls and roof mean that the temperature within the granny remains comfortable year round with minimal air-conditioning.
