This project is located on a prominent site at the corner of Stock Road and Stockdale Road. Given its high visibility from a main road, it was important to create a statement for the façade of the commercial development. Numerous options were explored with the constraint of working with in-situ concrete panels.

 

The final design presents a random pattern created through recesses cast into the panels and painted different shades to enrich the facade.
