First prototype house of a new structural panel system. Designed by our director to achieve a level of thermal comfort beyond minimum required for a normal house.

​

The house features a central courtyard which also doubles up as the main alfresco living. This is in response to the location of the house being next to the very busy Ocean Reef Road, and those turning the house to be more introspective to provide a more serene space within the house rather than open up to the back.
