Caversham Residence

The clients for this project had purchased a large block of land in a new estate with the intent to build their new family home. The design presented some challenge as there were restrictions put in place by the Estate developer because of the proximity to a vineyard.

After an extensive design process and collaboration with the client, the final layout not only provides privacy and separation between adults and children areas, it also maximises Northern sun access throughout the living spaces whilst providing views to the extensive backyard.
