Narrow Lot with Pool
Being locals my wife and I entered Hubbles' head office to discuss our new home and haven't looked back since. Being a narrow lot home with council conditions of placing the garage at the back of the block due to ROW made it a challenge as we wanted a pool for the kids. Patrick and the team at Hubble put their thinking caps on and through discussions with ourselves and our lifestyle came up with the most beautiful and unique design that impresses all that come around to see it. Both interior and exterior combine to give it a contemporary look with unique entertaining features including an alfresco that, once the stacker doors are pulled out, completely opens up to combine both the internal kitchen and external pool areas with no poles in between. The whole house has been designed around the pool with clever design factors that allow for the pool fencing to be minimal and not surrounding the pool, keeping the whole area open for the kids to enjoy. There are many other great factors about this whole design that we are very happy with, too much to mention!
