Kewdale Apartments are located in the bustling town centre of Belmont Forum. As the site is situated next to the commercial centre, it is planned for higher density.
Working with our developer clients, we proposed 14 apartments with the right mix to ensure economic viability of the development. Notwithstanding the limitations of the small site, we have designed for each apartment to have full perimeter access to natural light and cross ventilation.
By providing a common access core in the middle of the site, this allows for the bulk of the building to be separated into front and back sections. This also creates articulated elevations as our clients would like to portray a modern aesthetic.
