Randell Street Extension is a minor extension to two identical townhouses that are registered under City of Vincent's Municipal Heritage List.

The owners, one of whom is the original architect for the townhouses, would like to have their balconies enclosed into a sun room, and extend shading over existing backyard.

The external shading effectively expanded the space beyond the original plan, creating a double height courtyard; the new sun room also visually extended the living area while providing functional spaces to the owners.
